As part of a replacement hire, this group is recruiting a Marketing Communications & Community Manager to lead the communication strategy for the India, south-east Asia (excluding China) and Oceania zone.
Reporting to: Group Communications Department.
Position based in New Delhi.
Experience required: minimum 5 years in a similar role, in a B2B workplace, industrial sector, with proven exposure to an international context.
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration (MBA a plus).
Your responsibilities – South-East Asia Zone:
Communication




Support the sales force by:
designing communication materials, from brief to production (print and digital), in collaboration with the Group Communications team and Product Managers;
providing technical support to clients to address their communication needs;
acting as the go-to person for CRM-related topics and proposing suitable solutions.
Operational marketing
Deploy the defined action plan by:
ensuring its implementation in each country of the zone;
leading the various projects (brochures, website, social media, digital materials, press relations, translations...);
organizing events, from concept through to trade show presence and on-site team support;
monitoring budgets and making the necessary adjustments;
coordinating local initiatives with the Country Managers;
measuring and analyzing the performance of communication actions.
