Role Description The Procurement Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for managing purchasing activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records.



The Procurement Associate will source and evaluate suppliers, support contract negotiation, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to understand requirements, communicating with vendors to secure competitive pricing and timely deliveries, and analyzing procurement data to support cost-effective purchasing decisions. The role also involves resolving order discrepancies, supporting inventory management, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
