About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale a key business category at PlanetSpark.
This is an Individual Contributor role where you will operate like a mini-CEO for your category — owning growth, revenue, acquisition, funnel performance, and profitability.
You will work closely with the Founders and senior leadership and will be expected to independently identify opportunities, build strategies, execute experiments, and drive measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, hands-on across performance marketing channels, comfortable managing large budgets, and has a robust founder's mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.
Roles & Responsibilities1. Category Ownership
Own and drive key business metrics for the assigned category — Revenue, ROAS, Contribution Margin, Demos, Leads, CAC, and Conversion Rates.
Act as a mini-CEO for your category, owning all major levers of growth and profitability.




Identify bottlenecks across the customer funnel and independently develop solutions to improve business outcomes.
Build performance forecasts, targets, budgets, and growth plans for the category.
Take complete ownership of outcomes rather than just campaign-level execution.
2. Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.
Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies from awareness to conversion.
Manage large monthly advertising spends with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and contribution margin.
Continuously test and optimize audiences, creatives, ad formats, placements, campaign structures, bidding strategies, and funnels.
Partner closely with the Creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, copies, hooks, UGC concepts, and video ideas.
