Overview

Senior Analyst is responsible for driving incremental volume growth and sustaining existing volume by understanding customer needs and linking them to GMI’s product and service strategies.

In this role you will manage data analytics, insights, trade planning and channel engagement for Walmart + Club Channel Customers (Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s). You will partner closely with the Channel Development Manager to drive business growth. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the customer team for GMI’s largest customers,



gain significant exposure to a wide array of systems & platforms and help lead the innovation pipeline, including category expansion.

Purpose of the role

Strong candidates for this role will have previous experience collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the ability to flex between strategic vision and execution, and strong analytics experience.

Key Accountabilities

Problem Solving, Analytics & Insights

Retrieve and analyze syndicated customer and consumer data to understand category and/or industry trends
Utilize Walmart data, paired with Nielsen data, to identify issues and opportunities. Assess trends and market performance, provide analysis of executional performance, evaluate market conditions, and summarize with proposed solutions and actions
Problem solving is a key focus of the role, providing business solutions to customer activities with a concise recap of data and information to form an opinion of business conditions
