SILVME is a growing 925 sterling silver jewellery brand selling through Amazon, Flipkart and its Shopify website.
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to help us identify growth opportunities, generate qualified leads, build partnerships and convert ideas into measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth and Planning
Identify new revenue, partnership and sales opportunities.
Support the preparation of weekly and monthly growth plans.
Compare business objectives with actual progress and identify performance gaps.
Recommend practical actions to improve results.
Corporate and Festive Gifting
Generate leads for corporate, employee, client and festive gifting.
Approach HR teams, companies, institutions and gifting agencies.
Assist in preparing product catalogues, proposals and quotations.
Follow up with prospects and track inquiries, orders and revenue.
Partnerships and Collaborations
Identify partnerships with influencers, wedding planners, boutiques, salons and gifting businesses.
Conduct qualified outreach and present collaboration opportunities.
Assist with commercial terms, deliverables and negotiations.
Track whether collaborations generate leads, traffic or sales.
Sales Channels and Reward Partnerships
Explore opportunities to increase sales through Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and other suitable channels.
Research relevant coupon, cashback, rewards and loyalty platforms.
Compare opportunities based on cost, feasibility and expected business value.
Lead Generation and Relationship Management
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, referrals and online research.
Maintain an organised database of prospects, conversations and follow-up dates.
