Role Description The part-time remote Mould Maker will create, develop, and refine moulds used in the production of beaded fashion accessories and related components. Responsibilities include interpreting design specifications, preparing material samples, and shaping moulds to ensure accurate dimensions and consistent quality.



The role involves collaborating with designers and production teams to translate artistic concepts into practical mould designs suitable for small-batch and larger-scale manufacturing. The Mould Maker will inspect and maintain moulds, make adjustments based on feedback, and document mould designs and changes for future reference. This position requires independent work, adherence to safety and quality standards, and timely delivery of moulds to support ongoing orders and new product launches.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in mould design, pattern making, and basic technical drawing to accurately translate accessory concepts into usable moulds.
