Role Description This is a full time, on-site Hiring Telecaller Counselor BDE role based in Gwalior. The individual in this role will make outbound and inbound calls to candidates and clients,



explain job opportunities and training programs, and counsel applicants on suitable career paths. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and updating candidate databases, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and following up to ensure a smooth hiring process.
