About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, expanding market presence, and building strong customer and channel relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and brand visibility across Bangalore and other key markets.
- Identify current business opportunities and develop new customer segments.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, modern trade, corporate clients, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and institutional customers.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, activations, and market-development initiatives.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences,



competitor activities, and pricing.
- Identify opportunities for new products, channels, territories, and partnerships.
- Lead negotiations with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Manage and motivate the sales/marketing team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
- Track sales performance, marketing ROI, customer acquisition, and market growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, and business performance updates for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and sales plans.
- Develop long-term strategies for brand growth and market penetration.
