Job Purpose
Support procurement and supply chain activities related to bought-out/catalogue items and electrical & mechanical commodities. Assist in vendor coordination, purchase order processing, delivery follow-up, and inventory management to ensure smooth material availability.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate prices, lead times, payment terms, and annual rate contracts.

Work closely with planning and production teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability. Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock without impacting production. Track critical and long lead-time items. Coordinate with stores for inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.

Follow up with suppliers for on-time deliveries.

Drive cost reduction initiatives through negotiations and value engineering.
Support localization and vendor development activities.

Create and maintain Purchase Orders, supplier master data, and procurement records in ERP
