We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Backend Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and maintaining scalable backend services using Node.js as the primary language, with exposure to Java or Python as secondary skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy features in complex configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Implement robust, scalable, and high-performance RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Integrate AI/ML components and models into the backend system.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling and management.




- Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of backend development experience
- Solid proficiency in Node.js (Express.js or similar frameworks).
- Working knowledge of Java or Python for service or API development.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Understanding of Basics of Linux and Postman
- Understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows or experience integrating AI services (preferred).
- Knowledge of Docker or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
