We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused Content Marketing Manager for Paperpal who can independently own key content channels and drive measurable growth in organic traffic, AI visibility, qualified leads, engagement, and conversions. Your responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of our blog, website management, and key content initiatives, while working closely with the team to lead on high-impact content-led growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own and execute content strategy aligned with business, product, SEO, and growth goals.
Manage and optimize website, landing pages, and blog content for traffic and conversions.
Create compelling blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies,



and thought leadership content.
Expand content reach through Reddit, Medium, and other relevant platforms.
Create marketing and sales enablement content and collateral.
Use AI-powered workflows to scale content creation, repurposing, and experimentation.
Track content performance and optimize for engagement, leads, and conversions.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

3–5 years of content marketing experience, including 2+ years in SaaS or EdTech.
Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and content strategy skills.
Hands-on experience with SEO, CMS, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Experience building an audience through platforms such as Reddit and Medium.
Strong ownership and ability to independently manage projects and stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
