You will collaborate with quality, pharmacovigilance, IT, and other specialist teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Accountabilities




Manage controlled document workflows from authoring and review through approval, updates, change requests, and retirement.
Support project teams in developing, revising, and maintaining global and local policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions.
Coordinate high volumes of document updates across multiple regions, projects, and stakeholders.
Identify documents requiring updates in response to planned process, regulatory, or operational changes.
Coordinate editing, review, feedback, and approval activities across geographically distributed teams.
Support document authors by recommending clear wording, effective presentation, appropriate formatting, and consistent writing styles.
Consolidate and harmonize feedback from multiple reviewers to create clear and coherent final documents.
Edit procedural drafts to ensure technical information is accurate, concise, understandable, and effective for global users.
