Production Management Skills g. production planning and scheduling, Resource allocation and manpower management, Capacity planning, Cycle time reduction initiatives, resolve production bottlenecks/issues, 5S implementation, Productivity and efficiency improvement, Lean Manufacturing principles
Quality Management Skills g. In-process quality inspection, Final inspection, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with CAPA, IMS understanding of requirements
Safety Skills g. Electrical safety practices, PPE compliance, Hazard identification and risk assessment, Maintaining a safe shop-floor environment
Leadership & People Management skills g. Team supervision and motivation,



Training and skill development of technicians, Conflict resolution, Shift management, Effective communication with workers and management
Inventory & Material Management e.g. Material planning and tracking, Inventory control, BOM verification, Coordination with stores and procurement, Minimizing material shortages
Software & Digital Skills e.g. SAP ERP systems, MS office (MS word, Excel, Power point etc., Production dashboards and KPI tracking, Basic knowledge of CAD drawings
5 - 9 Years of experience in Production Management
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
