Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NOur client, an international consulting engineering firm, is looking for a Marketing & Communication Coordinator for its Thane office. This is mainly a marketing operations and project coordination role, not a creative marketing position. The role is approximately 70% execution and 30% stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on keeping marketing activities organised, on schedule and moving forward.
NMost important requirement: Ownership. The person must take responsibility, solve problems, follow up until completion and work without constant supervision.
NKey Responsibilities

- Manage the annual marketing calendar and coordinate approximately 6–7 content publications every week. N
- Manage content schedules, CMS activities and website publishing through WordPress. N
- Schedule social media content and maintain content, event and social media calendars. N
- Coordinate the monthly internal newsletter and upload approved content to SharePoint. N
- Track deadlines, approvals, interviews, stakeholder inputs and dependencies. N




- Follow up proactively with stakeholders and ensure no task or deliverable is missed. N
- Manage workflows and task assignments using ClickUp or similar project management tools. N
- Identify delays or bottlenecks, propose solutions and escalate risks when required. N
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and gradually take over activities currently handled by an external agency. N
- Prepare monthly reportsfor website, LinkedIn and internal newsletter performance. N
- Maintain trackers, branded templates and basic marketing documentation. N

nCandidate Profile
NWe are looking for a strong project coordinator with exposure to marketing rather than a pure marketing or creative specialist. Organisation, follow-up, ownership and stakeholder coordination are more key than advanced design skills.
