The Chance:
As an Analyst in the Data & Insights Enablement team, you will join the GATE organization in a pivotal role partnering with the US-based Master Data Management (MDM) team.
Your mission is to drive data stewardship, improve data quality, and support critical business decisions. You will act as a bridge between technical data operations and business strategy, ensuring our data assets are accurate, compliant, and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
Master Data Management (MDM) Operations
Data Change Requests: Lead the ongoing processing of Data Change Requests (DCRs) related to Health Care Master Data.
Record Maintenance: Perform rigorous matching, merging, and maintenance of Master records (HCPs, HCOs, and Affiliations) to ensure a "single source of truth".
Data Stewardship & Quality Assurance
