NRole Overview
nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Director – Call Center to lead and scale outbound telesales operations in India. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing large sales teams, optimizing call center performance, and building a high-performing sales culture.
NThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in outbound telesales operations, team leadership, KPI management, coaching, and sales process optimization.

- Develop sales processes, SOPs, and operational policies N
- Define and track KPIs for telesales teams N
- Create effective sales scripts, campaigns, and promotional strategies N

- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to improve efficiency and conversions N
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions N
- Handle escalated customer concerns and complex operational issues N
