NWe are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 8-13 Years of experience to join our team at Zensar Technologies Limited. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AMS Support, SAP ECC and S/4 HANA systems and cross-functional applications. Experience in Pharma industry is mandatory
NResponsibilities:

- Manage and own technical development and delivery aspects. N
- Understand client requirements and create Functional Specification documents. N
- Act as an individual contributor and lead client-facing roles N
- Estimate efforts, identify risks, and provide technical support.. N
- Multitask and re-prioritize responsibilities based on energetic requirements. N
- Interact with customers, understand their needs, and propose solutions N
- Work on support engagement, manage priority-based tickets, and ensure SLA compliance N




- Contribute to competency building and coordinate with the technical team N
- Identify RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and contribute to process improvement N
- Provide post-go-live support and generate daily status reports N

nQualifications:

- n
- 8-13 years of experience in SAP SD, AMS Support. N
- In-depth knowledge of SD functional module and cross-functional applications. N
- Experience with FI, LE,MM, PP, QM, CO-PA, CS, and PS modules. N
- Proficiency in Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), testing, and quality assurance. N
- Knowledge of SAP ASAP/Activate methodology and SD configuration. N
- Expertise in pricing procedures, special business processes, and SD module issues. N
- Excellent understandingof SD concepts and master data N
- Experience in identifying GAPs, business requirements, and blue printing. N
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills N
- SAP Certification and Domain experience is
