NWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
NKey Responsibilities:
NMust-have:

- n
- 2+ years current US Mortgage Underwriting experience N
- Solid Non-QM + DSCR underwriting experience N
- Experience with DSCR calculations N




- Alternative income/documentation: Bank Statement, Asset Depletion, ITIN, 1099, P&L; Only N
- Knowledge of investor/secondary-market guidelines N
- Exposure to DU / LP N
- Graduate in any discipline N
- Willing to work from office in Navi Mumbai N

nGood-to-have:

- n
- ATR/QM, TRID, RESPA, TILA, HMDA, HOEPA knowledge N
- Manual underwriting N
- Post-closing/audit experience N
- Experience handling complex income, credit, asset and collateral analysis N
