NJob Summary
nProduces assigned model elements and drawing sheets under supervision, working to defined standards and templates. Output is reviewed by a Senior BIM Modeller before release. The role is a training track: the expectation is measurable progression toward independent ownership of a system or zone.
NKey Responsibilities

- Create and update 3D models per issued design/construction drawings. N
- Follow modelling standards, templates, and naming conventions set by the BIM Lead. N
- Flag design or coordination issues discovered during modelling. N
- Support preparation of drawings, schedules, and basic BOQs. N
- Participate in internaltraining to build modelling proficiency. N
nRequired Qualifications & Experience

- n
- 1–3 years of experience. Fresh graduates with formal Revit MEP training will be considered. N
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical N
- Working Revit (MEP) capability — must demonstrate modelling a basic system live at interview, not certificates alone. N
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, legends and schedules. N
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD. N

BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud. N
- Awareness of SMACNA, ASHRAE and NFPA basics. N
