- Experience as solution architect or business consultant in a client-facing capacity on ServiceNow or similar platform. N
- Technology Architect certification preferred N
- IT Operations experiences N
- ITIL Foundation is preferred N
- Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills N




- Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources N
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language N

- Manage and coordinate involved technology teams in on- and offshore locations across multiple regions N
- Develop technical solution design and create corresponding cost estimates N
- Present and discuss solutions with client executives N
- Present technology solution to internal executive approvers N
- Help clients to simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analysing clients as-is processes and creating technology solutions that support the client business drivers N
- Facilitate client workshops, document business requirements and develop them into a proposed business case and solution design N
- Act as customers' key contact on the proposed technology solution N
