nQualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical/Product Design or related discipline)
nExperience: 3–7 Years
nNilkamal Edge is looking for a talented Executive – Design (Healthcare) to join our Design & Development team.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Design and develop creative healthcare products using SolidWorks.n
- Create 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.n
- Perform design calculations, feasibility studies, and material selection.n
- Apply GD&T;, DFM, and DFA principles to optimize product design and manufacturability.n
- Support prototype development, product testing, validation, and production handover.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Sales to ensure successful product development.n
- Maintain PLM documentation and process SKU/code creation.n




- Support product costing, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.n
- Review customer specifications and tender requirements to recommend effective technical solutions.n

nDesired Candidate Profile
n3–7 years of experience in Mechanical/Product Design and Development.
nStrong proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory).
nExperience in preparing manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
nWorking knowledge of GD&T;, DFM, DFA, and product validation processes.
nExperience in medical furniture, healthcare equipment, modular furniture, office furniture, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
