- Looking for an experienced Functional Analyst / Solution Designer to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. N
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. N
- Work on enterprise applications involving Microsoft Azure, Node.Js, and enterprise integration platforms such as HIP. N
- Drive functional analysis, solution design, application integration, testing, release planning, and production rollout. N

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. N
- Create functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria. N
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Technical Leads, Architects, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams. N




- Provide functional guidance for Azure-based and Node.Js applications. N
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements. N
- Review APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise application dependencies. N
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, production validation, defect triage, and issue resolution. N
- Plan and manage application onboarding, rollout, release, deployment, and Go-Live activities. N
- Prepare release schedules, deployment plans, rollout communications, release notes, and functional documentation. N
- Manage rollout risks, dependencies, change requests, and rollback plans. N
- Coordinate production deployment, smoke testing, business sign-off, and hypercare/post-production support. N
- Support change management, user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption of current functionality. N
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, governance, and organizational processes. N
