- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, AAD/Entra ID & SCCMn
- Windows 11 lifecycle management, OS hardening, baselinesn
- Experience with MDM (iOS/Android), application packaging & patch managementn
- Experience implementing Zero Trust, Conditional Access & endpoint securityn
- Robust understanding of ITIL processes & enterprise change governancen
- Hands-on experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell)n
- Expertise in O365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Onlinen




- Experience designing large-scale EUC transformation programs & OS migrationsn
- Strong stakeholder communication & architectural governance skillsn
- Own EUC architecture, roadmap & modernization strategy for the enterprisen
- Design & govern enterprise-wide endpoint management (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)n
- Define standards for device configuration, compliance, security & lifecycle managementn
- Architect VDI & workspace solutions for scalability & performancen
