nRole Overview
nWe're looking for a Nokia Fixed Network Solutions Engineer to lead the design, integration, and deployment of Nokia fixed access network products, with a strong focus on OLT and ONT platforms. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Nokia services experience who's ready to take ownership of end-to-end fixed broadband network projects for our clients.

- Design and architect fixed access network solutions using Nokia 7360 ISAM FX OLT and 7362 ISAM ONT/ONU platformsn
- Lead integration of Nokia fixed access products into existing multi-vendor broadband environments,



including coordination with the Nokia Altiplano access controller for service activationn
- Perform provisioning, configuration, testing, and turn-up of OLT/ONT equipment across GPON, XGS-PON, and VDSL2 vectoring line cardsn
- Develop low-level design (LLD) documentation and network diagrams for fixed access deploymentsn
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the fixed access layer, from OLT line termination cards through subscriber-facing ONTsn
- Collaborate with client engineering teams, project managers, and Nokia account teams throughout the project lifecyclen
- Support capacity planning and network optimization for GPON/XGS-PON deploymentsn

nMust-Have Requirement
