Job Purpose
To drive sales growth of Somnath Agarbatti by developing and managing the distributor, wholesaler and retail network, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence and maintaining robust relationships with customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and expand the distributor and dealer network across assigned markets.
Identify new market opportunities and appoint suitable distributors/dealers.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, wholesalers and key retailers.
Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share and product penetration.
Regularly visit markets, distributors, dealers and retailers to understand market requirements.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, products and market trends.
Ensure proper implementation of company schemes, promotions and sales campaigns.




Coordinate with the production, dispatch and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and collections.
Monitor distributor stock, secondary sales and product availability.
Ensure timely payment follow-up and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
Train, guide and motivate the sales team and field staff.
Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback and sales forecasts for management.
Maintain discipline, professionalism and strong brand representation in the market.

Required Skills & Qualifications
