nBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
nExtensive hands-on experience building, configuring and maintaining applications on Salesforce
nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I is required, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II is desired
nFamiliarity with Copado or Azure DevOps
nStrong understanding of Salesforce platform and specifically regarding Apex Triggers, Aura, Visualforce Pages, Components and Enterprise Architecture
nKnowledge on Document generator tools like Conga Composure
nSignificant exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and testing tools like Provar or Copado Robotic Testing
nFocuses on delivering value to schedule without compromising quality
nIs willing and able to assume end-to-end ownership of technical solutions
nHas a high level of maturity; gives and receives constructive feedback




nCommunicative; clearly presents and articulates proposals, estimates and solutions
nAbility to take initiative and manage a wide scope of projects.
