nWe are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer – ITSM to design, develop, and support IT Service .Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ITSM modules and ServiceNow development best practices.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)n
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includesn
- Design and implement Workflows and Flow Designern
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIsn
- Perform ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and application enhancementsn
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production supportn
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standardsn
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirementsn
