Position: E-commerce / Marketplace Specialist

Salary: ₹60,000–80,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings across Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
- Handle product uploads, catalogue corrections, pricing, inventory updates and recent product launches.
- Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, attributes and category placement are accurate.
- Manage marketplace promotions, offers, coupons and sale events.
- Monitor sales, inventory, returns, cancellations, ratings and overall marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with creative, inventory, operations and customer-support teams for smooth marketplace operations.
- Track competitor activity, customer feedback and category trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketplace performance reports.

Marketplace Advertising
- Plan, execute and optimise advertising campaigns across Amazon, Myntra,



Flipkart and other marketplaces.
- Manage sponsored product, display, brand, retargeting and marketplace promotional campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, impressions and sales.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, category and search-term analysis to improve product visibility.
- Optimise budgets, bids, targeting, search terms and placements to improve advertising performance.
- Coordinate with catalogue and creative teams to align listings, images, pricing, stock and offers with campaign objectives.

DTC / Website Management
- Manage the day-to-day growth of the brand’s DTC website.
- Drive website revenue, conversion rate, average order value and repeat purchases.
- Plan and execute website campaigns for product launches, festive/wedding seasons, sales, offers, bundles and gifting campaigns.
- Work with performance marketing teams on acquisition, retargeting and remarketing activities.
