We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Team Lead who can take ownership of paid acquisition end-to-end — from strategy and campaign execution to creative testing, funnel optimization, team management, and revenue growth.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply knows how to set up Meta or Google campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who understands why an ad works, why a funnel converts, where users drop off, and what needs to change to scale profitably — and can translate that understanding into a repeatable process for the team.
You’ll lead the performance marketing function, work closely with our creative, product, and growth teams, and help build the systems and processes required to scale paid acquisition.

What You'll Own
• Own the overall performance marketing strategy and growth roadmap
• Lead and manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant channels
• Take ownership of campaign performance, budgets, and business outcomes across acquisition → conversion → revenue
• Set transparent performance goals, KPIs, testing priorities,



and reporting frameworks for the team
• Analyze campaign, audience, creative, and funnel-level data to identify growth opportunities
• Build and manage structured testing frameworks across:
Creatives
Hooks & messaging
Audiences
Offers
Landing pages
Funnels
Campaign structures & bidding
• Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad concepts, not just different ad formats
• Identify winning creatives, campaigns, and audiences and develop systems to scale them
• Monitor and analyze key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, CPM, LTV, contribution margin, and payback period
• Diagnose performance drops and determine whether the issue lies in the creative, audience, offer, funnel, tracking, or underlying economics
• Mentor, review, and improve the work of performance marketers on the team
• Create processes and frameworks that make campaign execution, testing, analysis, and reporting more effecti
