Job Overview

ASM Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in US Non-IT staffing/recruitment, with hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, target-oriented, and confident in working with candidates and recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and analyze US Non-IT job requirements from clients and hiring teams.
Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review and screen resumes based on job descriptions and client requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate qualifications, experience, availability, location, compensation expectations, and interest.




Present suitable candidates to clients/hiring managers within required turnaround times.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, offers, and joining.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified Non-IT candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/internal tracking systems.
Work closely with Account Managers, recruiters, and hiring teams to understand priorities and hiring requirements.
Ensure quality and timely submissions while meeting defined recruitment targets.
Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships for current and future requirements.
Stay updated on US Non-IT recruitment trends, employment practices, and market conditions.
