We're hiring a Business Development Manager (Full time) at Veemi Accounting.

If you know how to open doors with cold calls and cold emails, manage a CRM like a pro, and love closing deals with clients in the USA and Australia, this one's for you.

What you'll do:
? Drive outbound lead generation via cold calling and cold emailing to USA and Australia prospects
? Own the full sales cycle, from first call to closed deal
? Manage CRM pipelines with clean, accurate data
? Build relationships with business owners and CPA firms looking for outsourced accounting support
? Mentor and guide our BDE on outreach quality

What we're looking for:
? 3+ years of experience in business development or inside sales
? Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
? Proven track record of cold calling and cold emailing international clients
? Excellent English communication, confident on calls
? Accounting, bookkeeping, sales background is a big plus
