Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel to ensure smooth, safe, and effective functioning of facilities.
The role includes managing preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Ensures compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and energy conservation practices.
Supervises engineering staff, coordinates with other departments, handles vendor services, and maintains records of maintenance activities.
Focuses on minimizing downtime, controlling costs, and enhancing guest comfort and satisfaction.
