​Megha Jewellers is a contemporary Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) jewelry brand based in Jabalpur, bringing exquisite designs directly to jewelry lovers through online channels, social media, and digital outreach.
​Role Overview
​We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated D2C Growth & Lead Generation Intern to join us fully remotely. This is a learning-intensive, unpaid internship designed for students or beginners who want hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce growth, and customer acquisition while working from home.
​Key Responsibilities
​Digital Prospecting: Identify and target potential D2C buyers, wedding shoppers, and jewelry enthusiasts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) from a remote setup.
​Online Community Engagement: Interact with prospective customers in social media comments, DMs, and relevant online groups by introducing Megha Jewellers' collections.




​Lead Tracking & Management: Collect, organize, and follow up with digital inquiries from social media DMs and WhatsApp catalogs in an online CRM or spreadsheet.
​Campaign & Content Support: Help coordinate digital promotional activities, social media outreach campaigns, and customer feedback collection online.
​Weekly Progress Reporting: Share regular updates on online outreach metrics, lead generation numbers, and engagement performance with the core team via virtual check-ins.
​Requirements & Skills
​Reliable internet connection, a smartphone/laptop, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
​Active user of Instagram and WhatsApp with a solid grasp of social media trends and online communication.
​Strong written communication skills in Hindi and English for professional online interactions.
​Highly disciplined, organized, and eager to learn digital sales and marketing from scratch.
