HR Executive
Job Description & Key Responsibilities
To manage employee data, payroll, and human resource processes using the SAP software system.
Data Management: Enter and update employee records, job changes, and personal details in SAP HR.
Payroll and Time Tracking: Process employee attendance, leaves, and payroll data through the SAP system.
Reporting: Create standard and custom HR reports using SAP data for company management.
Employee Support: Help staff and managers troubleshoot issues with the SAP HR portal or self-service tools.
Process Compliance: Ensure all HR data entries follow company policies and local labor laws.
