Job Description

To supervise, coordinate and control all plumbing installation, maintenance, repair and utility-related works across Ramoji Film City, ensuring reliable water supply, drainage, sewage, hot-water systems and associated plumbing services with minimum breakdowns and optimum water conservation.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil/Plumbing-related discipline preferred
Plumbing trade certification with substantial experience may also be considered.

Experience

8–10 years of relevant plumbing experience preferred.




Experience in large hotels, resorts, hospitals, commercial buildings, townships, film studios or large infrastructure facilities is desirable.
Experience in large-scale water supply, drainage and sewage systems is an advantage.

Knowledge And Skills

The candidate should have practical knowledge of :

CPVC / UPVC / HDPE / PPR / GI / CI / DI piping.
Soil, waste and vent systems
Sanitary installations
Water supply systems
Pumping systems
Hot-water systems
Storm-water drainage
Sewage systems
STP connections
Water tanks and sumps
Pipe pressure testing
Leakage testing
Plumbing drawings
AutoCAD drawings – preferably
MS Excel and daily reporting
