About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Intern who can help us identify potential customers, start conversations with them, follow up, and build relationships.
Your primary responsibility will be to find people who could benefit from CarouseLabs, understand whether they are a good fit,



reach out to them professionally, and pass interested/qualified leads to the founder for further discussion.
No prior sales experience is required. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Research & Prospecting
Identify potential customers on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Find creators, founders, coaches, agencies, and other professionals who regularly create carousel or multi-image content.
Research profiles and recent posts to understand whether a prospect is a genuine fit for CarouseLabs.
Collect and maintain lead information including:
Name
Company
Job/Role
LinkedIn/Instagram profile
Email address
Maintain an accurate lead sheet and avoid duplicate entries.
Research competitors and related markets to identify new sources of potential customers.
Outreach & Relationship Management
Send personalized outreach through LinkedIn DMs, email, and WhatsApp using approved templates.
