About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will understand social media marketing, content creation, employer branding, and the US IT staffing/recruitment industry. This person will be responsible for developing engaging content that attracts IT professionals, strengthens our employer brand, generates leads, and increases overall online visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the company's social media accounts, primarily LinkedIn, along with Facebook, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
Create engaging posts related to IT jobs, recruitment, technology trends, career advice, company updates, employee highlights, and industry news.
Promote current IT job openings and recruitment campaigns.
Create graphics,



short-form videos, reels, carousels, and other social media content.
Build and maintain the company's employer brand and online presence.
Increase engagement and followers among IT professionals, recruiters, hiring managers, and potential clients.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community engagement.
Research trending topics, hashtags, technologies, and content opportunities within the US IT market.
Collaborate with recruiters and business development teams to promote job openings and staffing services.
Support lead-generation campaigns targeting US companies and hiring managers.
Manage paid social media campaigns when required.
Track social media performance and provide monthly reports covering reach, engagement, followers, leads, and other KPIs.
Monitor competitors and identify current digital marketing opportunities.
