Qualification
D.Pharm or B.Pharm (Mandatory)
Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration
1–3 years of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy
Knowledge of NABH standards, drug storage, and inventory management

Job Summary
The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications accurately, ensuring protected medication practices, maintaining pharmacy inventory, and providing medication-related guidance to patients and healthcare professionals in compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards.

Key Responsibilities
Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.




Verify prescriptions for completeness and appropriateness before dispensing.
Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, storage, and possible side effects.
Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines as per regulatory guidelines.
Monitor pharmacy inventory, stock levels, and expiry dates.
Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, and hospital policies.
Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff to support safe medication management.
Participate in regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
