Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full time, on-site role based at CGH Earth Experience Hotels in Puducherry. This role involves welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures,



and ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience. The associate handles receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, managing reservations, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate guest records, processing payments, addressing service requests, and resolving issues with professionalism and care. The role requires consistent adherence to CGH Earth’s standards of guest service, sustainability, and local ethos while maintaining a calm and organized front office environment.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest queries, requests, and concerns professionally and courteously.
Proficiency in receptionist duties including reception desk operations, reservation handling, and basic administrative tasks.
