Role Description The Assistant Manager Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in target markets such as industrial, automotive, medical, and energy storage solutions. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and preparing proposals and presentations.



The Assistant Manager will coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities, ensuring accurate quotations and timely follow-up. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, tracking market trends, contributing to pricing and negotiation strategies, and preparing regular business performance reports for management.
