About the Role
F5 Events & Services is looking for a Wedding Planner who can take ownership of weddings from the first client conversation to final execution. The role requires someone who understands wedding production, vendor coordination, client servicing and on-ground event management.
You’ll work closely with clients, designers, production teams and vendors to turn wedding concepts into well-planned, smoothly executed celebrations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end planning and execution of weddings and related functions.
Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets and timelines.
Create wedding plans, timelines, checklists, schedules and execution documents.
Coordinate with decorators, venues, caterers, photographers, entertainment teams, makeup artists and other vendors.
Source vendors, negotiate quotations and manage vendor deliverables.
Conduct venue visits, recce meetings and pre-event coordination.
Coordinate guest logistics, hospitality, accommodation and transportation when required.




Work closely with the wedding design and production teams to ensure concepts are executable within budget and timelines.
Manage client communication and provide regular updates throughout the planning process.
Supervise setup, rehearsals, ceremonies and event-day operations.
Troubleshoot last-minute changes and operational challenges without disrupting the guest experience.
Track budgets, vendor payments and event-related expenses.
Conduct post-event closures and vendor reconciliation.

What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in wedding planning, wedding production or event management.
Robust understanding of the Indian wedding industry and wedding functions.
Excellent client servicing and communication skills.
Strong vendor network or experience working with wedding vendors.
Ability to manage multiple functions, vendors and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong negotiation, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working on-site, travelling to
