The Role
We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Associate who will work across IT recruitment and HR operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the importance of getting things done, and wants exposure to the complete employee lifecycle — from attracting and hiring talent to onboarding and supporting employees through their journey.
You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team,



with the prospect to take ownership of recruitment while also supporting day-to-day HR operations.
What You Will Own Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and business roles, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify the right talent.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other creative channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR conversations to assess skills, motivation, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring dashboards and reports.
• Proactively follow up with candidates and stakeholders to keep hiring timelines on track.
