Role Description The Skilled Professional role at Fixentrix is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role,



the professional will perform residential service tasks such as inspection, diagnosis, repair, installation, and maintenance across relevant service categories (e.g., electrical, plumbing, AC and cooling, appliance repair, or similar specialties aligned to their expertise). Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting customer locations, providing accurate assessments, delivering quality workmanship, following safety standards, and ensuring timely completion of assigned jobs. The professional will use Fixentrix’s platform to accept and manage bookings, update job status, and coordinate with the support team for scheduling, materials, and customer queries. The role also involves maintaining professional conduct, clear communication with customers, and support in building long-term trust and repeat business.
