Position Overview

H.B. Fuller seeks a Senior Scientist I, Engineering Adhesives to lead innovation, technology strategy, and product development for Reactive Adhesives (Epoxy, MMA, Anaerobic) and/or MS/STP and Silicone platforms. Based in Shirwal, India, this role drives the innovation roadmap, leads complex development programs, and supports commercialization of recent technologies. The position serves as a technical leader,



partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver market-driven solutions and sustainable business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Lead product, process, and technology innovation programs using Stage Gate methodology
Identify market opportunities through customer, industry, and competitive analysis
Drive commercialization, scale-up, and technology transfer to manufacturing
Provide advanced technical support for key customer projects and escalations
Build and maintain intellectual property through patents and proprietary technologies
Mentor scientists and engineers to strengthen technical capabilities
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational excellence standards
