We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads through strategic marketing initiatives.
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Associate Manager – Graphic Design who will play a dual role: leading design execution and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who can create compelling visuals, manage content creation for digital channels, and assist with overall brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Visual Content
Design digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, banners, and signage.
Develop creative concepts for exhibition booth graphics, event branding, and experiential design elements.




Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs, maintaining a high standard of visual storytelling.
Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and project teams to translate client and internal briefs into impactful visuals.
Social Media Content & Campaign Management
Plan, design, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter) that promotes the company’s projects and services.
Create and edit short videos, reels, and animations showcasing event setups, builds, and success stories.
Maintain the posting schedule, respond to engagement, and monitor performance analytics to improve reach and engagement.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content strategies for different platforms.
Email Marketing & Communication Design
Design and manage email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, announcements) for existing clients and current prospects.
