About the Role
INI8 Labs is building its marketing function from the ground up. This role owns positioning, content, market research, demand generation, and marketing operations for a data & AI engineering services firm — working closely with the COO, founders, and delivery teams to turn technical credibility into a repeatable pipeline engine, with a strong emphasis on identifying and engaging new OEM partners and customers.
Responsibilities
Market Research & Opportunity Identification
Conduct ongoing market research to map the data & AI services landscape — competitors, adjacent players, emerging technology partners, and underserved segments.
Identify and maintain a pipeline of prospective OEM partners (technology vendors, platform providers, product companies) who could benefit from INI8 Labs' engineering and managed services capabilities.
Track industry trends, partner ecosystems (e.g., Databricks, Microsoft, Snowflake), and competitor positioning to sharpen INI8's go-to-market narrative.




Build and maintain a repository of target account profiles — OEMs, ISVs, and enterprise customers — aligned to ICP criteria.
Lead Generation
Own outbound and inbound lead generation efforts specifically targeting recent OEM partnerships and prospective customers, using LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, and partner channels.
Develop and refine ICP and account-based targeting lists in collaboration with sales and the COO, with a dedicated focus on OEM/channel-fit prospects.
Build lightweight lead scoring and qualification processes so sales can prioritize outreach to high-fit OEM and customer leads.
Run early-stage demand-gen campaigns (content, webinars, targeted outreach) aligned to defined ICP and OEM-partner segments.
Content & Brand
Own and execute the content cadence across LinkedIn and other channels, working with technical staff to turn delivery work into case studies and thought leadership.
