Senior, Tax Services – Tax Transformation Consulting (TTC) - SAP MM/FICO/SD integration with Direct or Indirect Tax experience
Deloitte’s Tax Transformation Consulting practice is seeking a seasoned qualified to help clients modernize and improve their tax operations. In this role, you will translate tax and business requirements into technology-enabled solutions, manage complex support matters end-to-end, and guide junior team members while helping clients build scalable tax functions. You will work across tax, process, and technology teams on initiatives that support large organizations as they transform their tax operations.

Handling complex problem solving, service level agreement (SLA) monitoring, and enhancements; managing critical incidents, writing functional specifications, and guiding junior team members
Resolving high-priority L2/L3 tickets and performing deep root-cause analysis for recurring system issues
Leading user acceptance testing, compiling comprehensive test scenarios, and identifying improvements to existing systems and processes
Supporting the delivery of tax technology and tax transformation projects for clients across industries
Reviewing configuration, testing, validation, and support activities for tax technology solutions delivered by the team
Collaborating with tax, technology, and client stakeholders to identify and drive process improvement opportunities
