We are looking for a dynamic qualified to join our Compliance & Outsourcing (C&O;) team and deliver finance, accounting, and compliance solutions to clients across industries.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage client engagements and oversee accounting, finance, and compliance functions while ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of finance and outsourcing services.

This is a client-facing role that involves regular visits to client locations across Delhi NCR. The role follows a 5-day working culture and requires strong client management, communication, and financial accounting expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client engagements related to accounting, finance, and compliance.
Oversee bookkeeping, MIS reporting, financial reporting, and statutory compliances.
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act,



FEMA, and other applicable regulations.
Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for value-added services.
Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Qualification: CA/CA Semi-Qualified / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent.
Experience: 5–8 years in Finance, Compliance & Outsourcing, preferably with a CA firm or consulting organization.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Good client handling, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within deadlines
