Sponsorship Sales Partner - Puri Literary Festival 2026 (Contract)

ABOUT THE ROLE
PBL Venture Pvt Ltd holds the sponsorship sales mandate for the Puri Literary Festival, held 20–22 November 2026 at Puri, Odisha, and backed by the Ministry of Culture. We are appointing sponsorship sales partners to build the pipeline and close sponsorships across corporate, PSU, government and institutional segments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and own a pipeline of prospective sponsors across assigned segments — PSUs and resource companies, public sector banks, corporate CSR desks, state government and tourism bodies, consumer brands, universities and publishers.

• Register every prospective sponsor in writing with PBL before first contact, and maintain that register accurately.

• Run outreach end-to-end , LinkedIn, e-mail, formal letters, calls and in-person meetings — and secure meetings with decision-makers.

• Prepare and customise sponsorship proposals for each target,



including formal CSR proposals in the prescribed formats required by PSUs and government departments.

• Pitch and negotiate strictly within the approved inventory, deliverables and floor prices, escalating to PBL for any approval outside them.

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closure, and hand over each closed sponsor to PBL with agreed commercial terms for contracting.

• Coordinate with the sponsor and the organiser through contracting, invoicing and payment follow-up.

• Maintain the pipeline tracker and submit a written status report every week.

• Represent the festival accurately and professionally, making no representation or commitment beyond information furnished in writing by PBL.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in sponsorship sales, media or ad sales, event and experiential sales, or corporate business development.
• Existing relationships with brand, marketing, CSR or corporate
