? What You’ll Do
Connect with mid-market & enterprise companies across North America and Europe.
Identify decision-makers, start meaningful conversations, and generate qualified B2B leads.
Schedule meetings with VPs, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
Present IT software, products, and consulting solutions with confidence.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospects and customers.
Consistently achieve calling, prospecting, and lead-generation targets.
Keep sales activity and pipeline updated in the CRM.

? What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of B2B/Business Development experience, preferably with IT/ITES/KPO companies.
Experience working with North American or European markets.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with senior-level decision-makers.
A motivated,



target-driven personality who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently.
Experience with Salesforce or any CRM is a plus.
